This apartment overlooked a serene landscape which glowed even more during sunset. We planned the renovation in a way where this sunset view can be enhanced even more.

A parking + 3 floor residence, spread over 3000 sq. ft., we designed and built this home as a retirement abode for a family of three.

We renovated the entire ground floor area of 1062 sq. ft. of this bungalow in Pune. The highlight of this apartment renovation is the bare-brick wall, textured to give an earthy touch to this modern structure. It was an old structure, where we rebuilt the entire interior by adjusting the area of living space, adding an extra room and redefining the entire house.

This client asked for an upgraded 3rd floor on a G+2 residential building. We meticulously built an elevated floor of 850 sq. ft., keeping in consideration the specifications of the already constructed floors below.

We have constructed a complete 1200 sq. ft. apartment in this single floor building. The client trusted us with the design and execution of this project, which we duly delivered within a span of six months.

We have undertaken complete designing and construction of this 1000 sq. ft. bungalow. The house hosts a mix of vintage flooring and contemporary amenities that will cater to the comforts of this family with children and grandparents.

We have constructed the entire first floor of this erstwhile ground floor bungalow. The extension of 900 sq. ft. house involved specific civil expertise to maintain uniform construction quality in both floors.
